(Reflection of life today)

Text from Matthew 6: 19-24:
19 "Do not lay up treasures on earth, where moth and rust earth destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20th but for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be. 22nd eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body of light; 23 if your eye is bad, your whole body gelaplah. So if the light in you is darkness, how great is that darkness. 24 No one can serve two masters ., for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. Ye can not serve God and Mammon to. "

Explanation Text:
Evangelist Matthew remind everyone in this life. Firstly , verse 19, which begins with the phrase 'please'. Do not collect treasure on earth. Why? Because the treasure in the earth will gradually destroyed by moth and rust and will be an attraction of others so that others do not have good intentions to come steal it. Secondly, verse 20, Jesus encouraged people to collect treasures in heaven. Because, the treasure which has been 'deposited' man in heaven, will not moth, will not rust, and will not be stolen oranga another. Because only God who determines the pin and guard our deposit.

Collecting treasure for life is a positive attitude and a way of life. But keep in mind that how to get the treasure and the way we behave towards property, that is what needs to be seen again, so do not bring bad effect either for themselves or for others. Because of the way we behave to the property, this is particularly emphasized in this text in paragraph 21. Attitude is too focused and forgotten treasures will be other things that his own spiritual life.

It turns out, how do I get the treasure on earth would make someone else to arouse the desire of all sorts. In fact people will be jealous and have a nasty strategy to get the treasure collected. God will bind us again this attitude, which is contrary to the Law of God himself, 'do not steal' (7), 'do not wish to have your neighbor unjustly' (10).

Of our attitude toward wealth and how we get it, God confirmed to us about ourselves, that within us there are two attitudes are always at odds with each other, ie between 'light and dark' (cf. verse 22). That attitude and how to obtain a true treasure comes from the 'bright' glowing from within. That the light that comes out of us that have been placed by God since man was created. So human beings are basically good and spiritual. His body needs a 'treasure' for life. But the spirit or light given by God it will redirect his life to the Giver of Life.

The darkness of life will emerge if people just focus on collecting treasures alone (cf. verse 23) He no longer directs his life to follow the direction of light that continues to direct his life towards communion with the Eternal Light. Even the attitude that focuses on property, gradually, will cover the divine light that always leads to the treasure of his life. So that the whole self and life, treasure the primary focus in life.

Jesus at the end of this text asking people to make accurate choices in life. Preference will be determined humans, are clearly demonstrated by Jesus himself. That man can not serve two masters (cf. verse 24). Because if you serve two masters, will bring that attitude to love one and hate the other. If this attitude is maintained in life, fairness, honesty, virtue love law, be gone.

Meaning Text For Life Struggle:
Life is a struggle (est vitae militia). Everyone struggles lead to happiness in life. Outer and inner happiness. Happiness was born when basic needs are met such as food, clothing, shelter, and others exist. Inner happiness, such as serenity, comfort, and life rohanih also be a balancing outward life. Both happiness is not dilepaspisahkan each other. It takes what we often call the harmony or conformity.

The struggle of life to gain happiness, of a claim of Jesus. Jesus wanted the life that used not only for self, family and tribal interests, but also to the interests of many people, across families, tribes, and cultures. Therefore, counsel of Jesus in order to put God first is the basic thing. Why? In order not to bring up the attitude of envy, jealousy, pride, and greed both from themselves and from others around us. In other words, promoting the property for a happy life it is okay, but that's not important.

Foremost of these are treasures gained through with a fine and dignified, able to share, to help one another, as the way we deposit a heavenly life. Because it will not moths, will not rust, and will not be stolen by others. The more we deposit to God, multiplies interest. Here may we sandingkan with a servant who received two talents received two talents more profit and a servant who received five talents gained five talents more. God with an attitude to the Fatherhood will invite servant two talents and five as' O good and faithful servant .... come and obey what the master's happiness. (Matt. 25:21, 23). 'For every person who has, to him shall be given, so it abundantly. But who does not have, anything that belongs to him would be taken from him "(Matthew 25:29). ***
